Leanne's Story
Life
I have 2 great kids - Steve (31) and Dennette (30). Steve been married for 3 years and Dennette is now separated but she has a beautiful little girl Amanda (6 yrs old) and a precious baby boy Brenden (1 yr old).
I finally went back to school and got my B.A. in Criminal Justice with a minor in Women Studies. I have entered the Graduate program at Azusa Pacific and am in the Teacher Credential / Master's of Education program. I am finishing up my first rotation of Student Teaching this Friday - Nov. 4th and will be starting my 2nd rotation in a couple of weeks. I will finish my Teaching Credential part of my program at the end of January. I should be finishing up my Masters by the middle of June.

gain! We have been married 2 years now. We were divorced for 20+ years. It's amazing when you grow up with someone when your lives will cross and will reconnect!
I started out working for Lakewood Sheriff's Station as a Secretary, then left there and worked for General Motors, South Gate and then Oklahoma City Plants, building cars. This is where I met/married/divorced my 2nd husband...
When I moved back to California, I started working for Corona Police Department as a Police/Fire Dispatcher. Then I worked for Cal State San Bernardino Police Department and am able to further my eduational goals. Right now I am not working, just going to school full time and doing my internship in student teaching.
Anyway - that's what I have been doing for the last 30 years!
