Rick's Story
Life
After I left OC I took a job at Bank One. Stayed on for 10 very dreadful years.
Met Lorie (wife) in a bar (of all places). Got married in 89. Michael was born in 90. Erin followed in 93. After Erin came we called an immediate termination to the baby making hobby.
Moved to Atlanta in 94 to work for a small tech company that got gobbled up by a big company (Equifax). My division got spun off last year - so the company is now called Certegy Inc.
Like the warm weather in Atlanta - hate the traffic. I used to love Columbus - but - now it really looks small when I go back to visit. Michael is toying with the idea of head...Expand for more
ing to OC for college - am working on talking him out of it!
The work at Certegy is all international. I have visited all continents and worked in over 30 countries. So, I spend quite a bit a time in strange hotel rooms in stranger countries. The travel is tough, but, I have many great memories.
Other then that I spend my time as a coach and Commissioner of Erin's elementary schools PTA basketball league. On occassion I am called on as a local loud-mouth on county zoning/political issues.
Still hang around 2 ex Pi Siggers: Scott Cavanaugh and John Tetzloff. Also see Tom May (Jonda) and Brian Blakley (Alpha Sig?) once a year.
