Life
Not only have I recently been married, my wonderful husband convinced me to rekindle my passion for horses. He asked me what I was waiting for, no one can ever afford some things, and it's better not to wait until I'm eighty to enjoy this. So I spend my spare time raising my filly, which I purchased at 10 months of age. With the kids grown and gone, it's easy to find the time now. I just have to convince the husband that she isn't just a big dog...Expand for more
! Update 10-10-09
My filly had to be euthanized at age three. Not good, but I purchased another horse, she is a 14 year old Quarter mare I rescued. A nice girl.
Update 2-1-10
My nice mare didn't work out, so she was found a new home. I now have a gelding, about 18, and I will not name him until I find out if he will work out with me. I just need a pal to meander the trails with. So far he is calm and gentle, maybe enough so the husband can ride!
