Lorraine's Story
I am glad to have a opportunityto wish fellow Bayport- Bluepoint friends well and to say hello. I am a mother of two a boy and girl. I am also a stepmom of two jboys. I am married . I have been married for 12 years. I am a at home mom. I am involved in school and church activities. I have just been elected on to my churches Parish Council , I volunteer at the schools at my children attend. My son goes to public school and my daughter attend a Catholic school. I just had a photo exhibit displayed in our local musuem, I found pictures in the attic of my husbands shop (he has a sign company in Delrey Beach) it has been a family business for 70 years, and my stepson is now involved so it will bea pasted on to ...Expand for more
three generations. These pictures are black and white of signs done in the 50s of Delray Beach and Boyton Beach . The exhibit was a history of sign making and some local history. Because of this endeaor my stepson and I are now starting a business that involves large format printing on canvas and photo reproduction. The exhibit stirred alt of interest and I am going to see if I can get them displayed permently. I have had schools visit the display and my son and I do a walking tour. This has been a lot of fun.
