Lou's Story

I was press secretary to Sen. Dick Lugar and then worked in the Ronald Reagan White House with White House Press Secretary Jim Brady. (sure surprised me). I see Martha Parker on a regular basis and enjoy each visit. My wild things were pretty tame compared to others. Mary Scea was my first crush in the first grade. I used to give her nickels and dimes to be my girlfriend, but her dad, Dr. Scea, made her return the money to me. But when she died, I sent a check in her memory to her school in honor of a wonderful person who was fun to be with-even in the first grade at Osborn. A good friend who enjoyed...Expand for more
other good friends. I am doing it now. Own my own public relations business with two partners and enjoy my family including the two children. The older we get the more important are those friendships that shaped who we are today. Can't think of any. I suppose one would be to have checked the size of my prom jacket before my senior prom since it was two sizes too small. That impressed my date that night. First job out of college I taught sixth grade in a small community of Reynolds, Indiana and the kids somehow still survived. I have lived in Indianapolis since 1982 and Washington DC from 1977-1982
