Louie's Story
Life
Still live on the south side, love it, why would you move anywhere else. I did live in Georgia for a couple of years while in the Army and in Los Angeles for 2 years in the late 80's but there's no place like home in Milwaukee. I'm divorced, my daughter Leah lives with me. It can be trying being a single parent, but I've had 11 years of practice. I work in the computer field, was a teacher for 10 years...no money, kids are disrespectful. Love the 4 seasons, Summerfest and of course the church festivals are the best.No more hot rods, I now drive a pick-up truck and a little Mitsubishi which my daughter will be getting soon. I have some great friends and a supporting family. I love to travel to the west coast, have family there, of course there is always a must stop in Las Vegas, my favorite place on the planet. My parents and daughter go every year and really enjoy the different choices of activities Vegas offers. There are also many sites near Las Vegas to go to: Hoover Dam, Grand Canyon, camping in the Sierra Madres and Los Angeles is only a 4 hour drive. I'm writing this in December of 2006, my daughter is now 16 and driving, what a relief, I kin...Expand for more
d of have my life back a bit. Still single, kind of like it, kind of don't. Oh well....life is good, as long as I wake up the next day and have my health how could it not be.

My biggest crush was on my car, ...:-)
I liked ALL the girls. Of course I was dating Judy. What a cutie pie! I often think about her, you know how that is.....If I knew then what I know now syndrome.
I'm glad I went then not now. I loved having the option to go out for lunch. The kids lack selfdisiplined to have that option today. I never ate a meal at Pulaski's cafeteria in the 3 years I was there. Too bad.
I hated sophomore swim class, some of us could'nt go in the pool cause our hair was too long. What a bunch of BS!
I think the teachers I remember/liked most were Mr. Soucie (American History) and Mr. Province (Spanish). Lets not forget Ms. Goronja and her short skirts. I disliked most, that's a natural thing for most teenage students.
I live very close to Pulaski, I pass it every day. What great memories, I tell my daughter about the flag pole, The meeting place for me and my friends. Oh well......always looking ahead to new memories while savoring the old.
