Louis's Story
Life
I was born Louis Bradley, in North York. Grew up in the "jungle" (if you haven't heard of it, consider yourself lucky-those of you who know what I am talking about are probably just as glad to be out of there as my family and I were). My family (4 brothers and 1 sister) and I moved to Scarborough in 1977. It was in '77 that I got a new name (and school). I attended Midland Avenue Collegiate Institute (MACI) and after 4 years there, took a year off to earn enough money to pay for my Centennial College tuition. Attended Centennial for 52 weeks straight and graduated from the Aircraft Maintenance Engineer program and began my career. t department field have not looked back since. I love my job (eventhough it is quite challenging- requiring me to be away from home a few weeks of the year and odd hours once or twice a week). I was the quiet guy in highschool, so very few people I meet on classmates remember me. If you are reading this, fire me an e-mail, I probably remember you.
Regards,
Louis
School
I enjoyed school, but I couldn't wait until it was completed. I coasted through most of my classes (B average, some Cs, even a D or two). My high school optional classes were mostly tech (auto, electrical, etc.) and arts (drama, film arts), so I wasn't terribly challenged in those, but they helped get me where I am today. It is unfortunate that former classmates do not contact each other often, I have seen names on classmates that I recognise, but who I don't think would rememeber me, so I don't contact them. If you read this, don't hesitate e-mailing me.
