Life
I am now a very contented mom of two living in the Austin, Texas area. Just moved in June 2006 to be near family. What, you thought that "Luann" was a traditional midwestern name?
My son is a freshman in college, my daughter, a high school senior. They are both attending school out of state, however, so I am an empty-nester! Yay! I was sad and lonely for approximately 12 minutes, then went shopping.
Before my current incarnation as Mom, I was a flight attendant for American Airlines for 10 years. I still keep in touch with my airline friends. I also keep in touch with some of my Maine South friends, which is a lot of fun, except when it reminds us of how old we are.
I used to date a little, but not so much anymore. It started to interfere with "Law and Order." Then, after I had seen all the episodes, it started interfering with "Project Runway."

daughter is finishing not only high school, but also my retirement fund. I have heard how much fun the reunion was and would have loved to be there. If you did go, please write and tell me everything! I need gossip. Now that mt kids are gone, I have nothing.
My son is a vocal performance major at UC Irvine, and his current complaint is that he does not want to be in the choir. Huh? But he is a very talented (no, really!) and charming kid, and I do miss him, and I also miss his hilarious friends. My daughter is studying photography and a variety of other visual arts at Interlochen and is having a great senior year. She is smart and funny, and I love it when she comes home for vacations! She's a great cook and shopping buddy!
I don't know if anybody reads this stuff, (because I believe you have to pay big money to get past the basics) but if you knew me in high school, I can promise you I remember you! I remember high school way better than I remember last week. So e-mail me!
