Lucie's Story
Lucie is from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. She is divorced. Her schools include Cedar Cliff High School.
Lucie's interests include Gardening particularly growing and using herbs in cooking and medicinally. Antiques and by that I mean anything of a bygone era--maybe 1880's -1930's or so and how those people lived. We have forgotten so much about the simple things and social graces. Some of that circles around to that gardening/landscaping also. Music she likes includes--Wow does this need an update! ( RUSH, Dave Matthews Band,) Tina Turner she always makes the cut! But honestly, I go through phases and through almost all genres. Books she likes include Stephan Crane, his poetry still is one of my favorites I try to have at least one classic going, sci-fi and something light and funny. Now some of them may be on audible, but that's about right. Movies she likes include Comedy-Wit not fart jokes or sophomoric humor,sorry I just can't get into it. Psychological /Thriller /Suspense/Horror I'm right there.. TV shows she likes include , The Daily Show, Colbert Report, but Colbert has morphed into the Late Show With...,Witcher, Great Performances, American Masters and World News Tonight on PBS, and then strange shows like Escape To The Chateau and When Nature Calls.

so as now to be divisive, I'll just say it is seriously tough, after being out of school for So long to turn around and try to learn how to read legal briefs court dockets and legislative histories. Even trying to catch up to present day is can give me a headache on a good day. I just remind myself this voluntary--as my eyes cross and you start to smell the brain cells burnin'. Remember you always have that table downstairs that you were refinishing--you could always work on that.
One of Lucie's favorite quotes is:""If a man be gracious and courteous to strangers, it shows he is a citizen of the world, and that his heart is no island cut off from other lands, but a continent that joins to them." -Francis My I was lofty! But they cut off the last name and now I have to look up the quote. It is rather antiquated--the world has gotten So much smaller now that it is difficult not to be a citizen of the world in one way or another.
