Lucky's Story
Okay . . . went to hick college, hated it, dropped out, traveled with musician boyfriend, broke up with musician boyfriend, worked as editor in cubicle for 5 years, went to good college, got married, graduated, got divorced, went to seminary, graduated and got ordained, went to graduate school, was diagnosed with breast cancer, received treatment, passed exams, wrote dissertation, graduated as Dr. Lucky, pastored churches, taught at Vanderbilt U part-time, published books & articles,...Expand for more
worked for Cancer Center managing patient advocacy, got tired, tired, tired, retired on disability. These days I'm living in Jonesborough, TN to be near my aging parents, writing articles & working on a novel, and enjoying life like crazy. I still have cancer but you could say I'm in "remission." No husband or other significant other except my Shih Tzu Buzz, no kids except my Shih Tzu Buzz. Still dream about Hawaii and have wanted to get back FOREVER. Last time I was there was '81.
