Lucy's Story
I am now a retired teacher, after 23 years teaching grades K-7, both special education and regular education in Reg Dist 17, Haddam-Killingworth. I have my 6th year in supervision and administration, but preferred to stay in the classroom.
I have 2 grandchildren and spend a lot of time with my two daughters and baby-sitting.

editor of a retirees' monthly newsletter; and I volunteer with the local political parties and the planning and zoning commission. I help out at my "old" school and do long-term subbing from time to time. Presently I am applying for a census job! Should be different and fun!
I love rekindling old acquaintances and friendships. And yes, Jackie Jacobs Donafrio and I are still good friends and visit often!!!!!
Hope to travel to Italy, Alaska, and out West someday soon.
