After graduation, I worked at Loudoun Hospital for the summer, then on to the Dulles Marriott as a Loss Prevention/Security Supervisor for about a year until I got hired by the Arlington County Fire Dept. I retired from the Fire Dept. after 26 years of service where I ended my career as a battalion level Captain in October 2008. I started a second career as an Emergency Management Deputy Coordinator for the City of Manassas where we have lived for over twenty years.
