Luke's Story

Life Ya I'm still around! Living in Burlington,happily married 42 yrs. Some of you Burlingtonians may recognize my wife, she works at Homesense in the Burlington Mall. I.. We have 4 children from 32 to 40.My oldest daughter got married in May of 2013 and lives in France, and my youngest lives in Orlando Fla. and works with autistic adults.My second daughter is working in the home health care field..She loves working with the old folks.. My son is working as a shipper at a distribution company..It took me 10 years to find my place.I started out doing construction,building houses,then went into tool and die for about 3 years,then millwrighting,then welding and then trucking after a devastating accident in the welding shop where my right foot was crushed. there. I then worked for Terrain Group Hydrating sod, watering trees, washing down the roads after the crews and cleaning up equipment. I now work for Sentrex Communications where I drive a dump truck and operate a UFILL truck. Can't retire financially and need to stay busy anyway. We were just recently blessed with our 4th grand child in France. I'd really love to hear from some of you guys, it's been over 49 years [oh don't get all depressed about it!],I want to know what you've been up to! I'm waiting to hear from you. P.S. That is my grade 12 grad picture in the before of my profile. How many of you still have yours? I haven't seen many. LUKE IS A GRAMPA NOW ! 3 girls 8 and 6 and 2..and we received a grandson on Jan. 18 22..
