Lydia's Story
I work in Washington DC as a Manager for the US Treasury Department. I moved out of Texas in order to move up the corporate ladder. I'm almost at my goal of becoming an Executive in the US Government. I have sacrificed alot to get here, but for now I feel that I need to be true to my self and follow my dreams. career. But, my true success is being a mother of a beautiful 20 year daughter named Elzabeth Leah. She is finishing up her basics at TSTC and will start at my alma mater, Texas State in San Marcos, Spring 2010. How fast time flys. It seems like only yesterday that I was enjoying the good times with all my classmates in good old Rio Hondo High. I miss the fun times that made life so simple then.....
