Life Ye Gads! Has it really been almost 30 years since we graduated (I am writing this November 2003)? Still feel like a young pup, but the reality is that I am nearing the half century mark in a few years! Where is that martini?! Since I am limited to 4000 characters,here is the down & dirty. Left Waynesville, went to Purdue, earned a degree in 'Life and the Pursuit of Happiness' I had a blast except for the time I spent in the classroom. Met some wonderful & dear friends during this period! Joined the Marine Corps in 79, and was to be a short 4 year stint. My intention was to find my life's calling, and determine what I wanted to be when I grew up during the 4 years. Well, twenty years later I retired! Met some wonderful & dear friends during this period! Retired in California (Huntington Beach, south of LA). Love it here! Don't wanna live anywhere else. Although, I admit to relishing growing up in Waynesville! I do miss the country and the down-homeness of that area. Working as CFO of a Technology based company. 60-80 hour weeks! Currently meeting more wonderful & dear friends! Important Notes-Current Situation: Love Life: Going on 15 years, although I desperately fought settling down.
