Lynda's Story
After school, I went into nursing, was married for 12 years and had two beautiful daughters.
I left the Cape in 1997 and moved to the Boston area and was remarried in 1998.
Since then my life has been full of love, laughter, adventure, peace and contentment. I took several college courses to further my education - I had been out of nursing for awhile. I now work in the accounting/finance field.
My husband and soul mate has been an engineer in the aircraft industry for over 20 years which has allowed us to travel alot and has blessed us with living in the Portland Oregon area on the West coast. We have bee...Expand for more
n living here since Aug 2003. It rains frequently here in the winter - but no freezing temps or snow - only on the mountains. The summers are perfect for spending the weekends staying on our boat out on the rivers! The Pacific Northwest is heaven!
My daughters have grown into wonderful young women of whom I am very proud! My youngest daughter lives here in Oregon not too far from us and was married two years ago! My oldest daughter lives in Boston where she attended 4 years of college and is now persuing her career.
No grandchildren yet - maybe one day when I'm older! ;)
