Lyne's Story
I've been married to the most wonderful man, Kerri Gillespie, for almost 15 years now. We have 2 boys. Chaz is 13 and Zackery is 11. Currently we are living in Las Vegas, NV. Kerri has been serving our country for 20 years now and made MSgt while deployed in Iraq for 6 months in 2007. I work for Avis Rent a Car. I am the District Admin Asst. It's a pretty fancy title for secretary, but I truly enjoy what I am doing. Later this year we will be moving again. This time over seas to Stuttgart, Germany. We will be there for probably 3 years. After this assignment Kerri will retire from the Airforce and we will head back to Colorado. We lived there for many years before having to move to Las Vegas. ack is in the 5 grade. Now that the boys are older I've decided to work on a Elementary Education degree. Unfortunately, I am starting college from the very beginning because I was a fool after high school and never went( life was a pretty big party for me back then). It is slow progress because I work full time and take care of my family at the same time. So far I've only managed to take one class a semester, but my husband is very supportive of this. As a matter of fact he is taking classes with me so he can finish his CCAF and then start his Bachelors in Networking. Once we get settled in Germany, I hope to take on more classes. Especially seeing how it will be hard for me to find work over there. But I'll keep plugging away and eventually I'll get the degree I've been wanting since high school. Better late than never!
