Life
I have 3 sons, 3 cats, and a female beagle. I am also on FaceBook.
Workplace
I have worked in customer service phone centers for the last 13 years.The first 6 at a credit card bank and the last 7 at a mail order pharmacy. I feel that at both jobs I have learned things that help me and my extended family understand how the "system" works.I ge...Expand for more
t a kick out of helping the customers understand what is going on and educate them how to avoid future issues.
December 2010 I moved over to the corporate office as an Admin Support Person; I help get merchandise into warehouses and stores and not on the phone all the time. There is still some stress but it is a lot less and different. Loving it!!
