Lynn's Story
Hello all. As you can see by the 2 photos, I am still pretty nerdy.
Ken & I have been married for 52 1/2 years. He is a retired electrician & has worked at various power plants so we have lived in Scarborough, Sarnia, Paisley, on a farm in Greenock Twp. in Bruce Co., and now Southampton for half the year and Manitoulin Is. for the other half. Thus I have had a variety of jobs (after discovering my temperament was not suited to teaching) namely: educational assistant, school secretary, office manager, goat farmer and seamstress.
In the 70's, after not doing well at high school sports, I finally found a sport to love and play well: curling and as of this fall I have been playing for 50 years.
Ken & I have 2 children: Robin (age 52!) in Ottawa and Ted (age 49) in Winterbourne. Ted & Sabrina have given us 2 grandchildren: Liam (13) and Donna (9).

or perch, bass and rainbow trout up north, reading and travelling.
Re the last interest, Ken is not interested in travel so I have some friends & relatives with whom to see the world. One memorable trip was a few years ago with my brother in law, his lady friend & her friend, his ex wife and her friend, a cousin, and myself & my friend. Seven women and one man...and he survived! We all flew from various locations (Toronto, Halifax, Vancouver) to Frankfurt and from there by train travelled thru Scandinavia to Russia, across Siberia to Mongolia and finally to Beijing, flying home from there. In other words: around the world. We stayed for a few days in each city staying at Air BnB's and were away 2 months. It was a monumental task to organize it but Bob managed to pull it off without too many glitches.
I would love to hear from any of you as I go thru the only Bluff I have: the '65 edition and wonder how everyone fared in life.
