Lynn's Story
I went to Rutgers for a couple of years after high school, but didn't finish. I eventually joined the NJ National Guard (1985) and worked full time for them until 1998.
I moved to Rochester, NY in 1998 and transferred to the USAR. I retired from the USAR in 2007 at the rank of Major - after a stint ...Expand for more
in Iraq from 2004 - 2005.
I now work at the Rochester Institute of Technology as the Director of Business Continuity (Emergency Management, Contintuity of Operations, that kind of thing). Working here allows me to go to school for free, so I'm working on my MS and should be done with that in May 2009.
