Lynn's Story
Life
Today is the first day of school (August 17) for our small rural community. My youngest is now a JR in High School. Time sure has seemed to fly. She is on the varsity volleyball team and loves it. We spent our summer attending various volleyball camps. I am a line judge for all home volleyball games.
When she graduates I plan on going into the travel industry, preferably being a travel agent. I went to college to be a travel agent but put it on hold to raise my daughter.
I am still living in South Dakota on a 25 acre farm. Someday I will return to live by the ocean. I went to New Jersey last summer and realized how much I miss the ocean.
I also have two older boys. They are 22 and 26. One lives in Aurora Colorado and the oldest one moved here to try a different type of life style.

ur interstate is pretty much empty at 9 am lol. Living in the sticks does have its drawbacks too but I try to look at all the positive.
I have recently learned how to make quilts and I am working on one for my daughter's class to raffle off for their after prom party. Thank goodness we only have two more proms to live through. At our school 9-12 grades are allowed to attend prom. My daughter's class is the biggest class in the entire school (preschool thru highschool) with 27 students. If just jr's and sr's were allowed to go there wouldn't be many people there.
I also went to Colorado last summer. Some things made me miss it but the traffic I didn't miss at all. Took me a couple of days to get used to driving in it again.
