Hello to Everyone from the class of 1963: . I have been retired from the Federal Government since 2004. My husband, Rick, was a Mechanical Engineer for the U.S. Coast Guard. He helped design search and rescue ships and Ice Breakers in Antartica . He served as an Officer In the Coast Guard for three years. He retired after 42 years of service. He unfortunately passed away in 2013. I worked for the U.S. Dept. of Agriculture in Beltsville, MD as an International Program Specialist for a Bi-National Research Program. I enjoyed working with the scientists throughout the U.S. I was very fortunate and was able to travel overseas many times. I have lived in Bowie, MD for 50 years.
