I started my first job while I was in school working at the Langley Civic Center. When i graduated in 1980, I started working at Flag Chev Olds(was Town Centre Chev Old's). In 1981 I got a job working for Xerox Canada, where I stayed for almost 10 years. I worked 4 years in Vancouver, and 3 years in Calgary at the Distribution Centre then back to Vancouver for 3 more years. It was a great job and tough to leave, but with 2 young ch...Expand for more
ildren it was too long of a commute from Langley to downtown Vancouver. I took a year off work when my daughter was born, then got a job working for a company in Surrey called "Palethorpe & Dowling" in the office. I worked there for a year, then we decided to move back to Alberta. We are now living near Medicine Hat I worked for a while in a drug store, and now work in the office of Kulpe Karpets, as well as help my husband install flooring.
