Left NY in 72 to live in the western US,Then worked my way through university: BA, MS, PHD toxicology, post-docs at the NIH and the FDA.

Travel extensively on business and for fun, have lived in 8 countries. Living in France since 2007, now restoring a house in the Lot et Garonne after 11 years living in an isolated bergerie that I renovated at 1000 metres in the French Pyrenees. Spend several months in Asia each year. Single, no children but an extended family of many good friends.
