Lynna's Story
...the long and the short...in high school I started on a journey to become a Certified Athletic Trainer. After 2 years of college I got wrist tendinitis from tearing tape...which doesn't bode well for a trainer and the tendinitis put an end to being an ATC. So instead I became a Physical Therapist Assistant and I had surgery on my wrist which helped somewhat but I still had pain pretty much every day. 6 years later I met a chiropractor while marketing as a PTA who adjusted my wrist twice and my pain went away...a light went off in my head...chiropractic is COOL :) 10 years after ...Expand for more
that I went back to school to become a chiropractor and now here I am!! I now have a website for my office artandsciencechiro.com
I have been able to travel in the last few years...my journeys have taken me to; Maui, Mexico-twice, Costa Rica and Bequia. Bequia is a small island in the Eastern Caribbean. I spent two weeks there giving chiropractic care to the most amazing people from 5 years old to 95 years young. That experience has made me want to travel to other countries that have little to no medical care to help the people...it was a humbling experience I will never forget!
