Lynne's Story
After High School I went to LSU for two years. Darwin Sharp (class of 64) and I married in 1968. He was in the Air Force and we lived in Oklahoma City for about a year and a half. He went to Vietnam and I moved home. We have two children and three grandchildren. Our oldest, Mickey, is Asst. Fire Chief for Livingston Parish District 5. Keeps saying he has not found anyone worth spending his money on. Our daughter, Becky is married and lives in Crestview, Fl. Her husband just retired from the Air Force after 20 years. ou can give them back when they are nasty. Darwin and I are both still working full time. I work for a real estate developer and can go to work in jeans if I want. Darwin is doing commercial Air conditioning and heating. He just went back to work after being off for three months. He had a liver transplant in November. (had cancer of the liver) All is well now and his health is improving. Would love to hear from anyone who is on classmates.com. The lady in purple in the picture is Gwen Stegall, Bill Stegall's wife. We have kept up with them for the past several years. The picture was taken at the Krewe of Denham Springs Mardi Gras ball.
