Macie's Story

I Hope everyone will remember me as a loving caring person ... Because I do love everyone ... I may not like or approve of some of the Things that some people do ... but I love them never the less ... and always try to help anyone in need if I can do so. Never did anything wild in school that I can remember... If I'm going to work somewhere, I need to have Good work environment, Great co-workers , which I have , and Stay Focused to be able to deal with the day-to-day. I always wanted to be a Missionary to a foreign country when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a bad idea. As it turns out, I think I would have been a good missionary. Get away by myself and talk to God and He seems to take care of whatever it is ... Sometimes Cry.... Go For a Ride and drive fast .... I'm a pro driver so what can I say .... First of all Jesus he died for me ... Then my Dad never heard him complain or say a bad word about anyone ... then My Son he had Hodkins dease when he was 16 and went through CEMO and dealt with a lot He is cancer free now but has cripling Autheritis so bad in his feet and ankles that he is in constant pain .... He Just says Mom you learn to deal with it and whatever doesn't kill you only makes you stronger ... and it's true .... Besides WV I have lived in PA , Ohio, and MI ... The one person from my past who I'd most like to see again is Sally Lucas, because Haven't seen her since High School and she was one of my Best Friends. Nascar Racing of Course ...and really all kinds of racing ... and just Starting watching Football ... being on U of M Campus most game days and seeing all the fun and excitement that the students have has inspired me to watch football and I find that I'm liking the game ... That I would become a Semi Driver and Own my own Company .... Am no longer driving Semi but still driving .... And That I would Survive everything after my husband's death ..... If I could improve my home, I'd remodel my kitc...Expand for more
hen and add on a Bathroom. My dream home would be A Log Cabin Retreat . A Lot About raising kids , sometimes I think they raised me All of them Hawaii Dancing with my soulmate whoever that may be If I won $100 million, I'd give 10% of it to my church as God has commanded, then spend the rest on myself , help all my family and some needy friends. My current age is 63. When I was 12, I thought that people my age now would be dead. I was so completely Surprised that we don't get older but better. Have Done just about everything that I have set out to do and enjoyed every minute of it ... some things that I would still like to do is Sky dive ... Become a Pilot .. Go white water rafting down New River Gourge ...and see a lot more of our beautiful country My best friend would tell you I'm not reserved or shy at all, but people who don't know me very well would probably describe me as very reserved. Try to stay hip with style and not dress like a Grandmother I share my home with my son and daughter and Mom, which I find interesting to say the least. That's A Tough One ... but I would have to say never marry my first husband.... In 10 years, I hope to be Still Working. I'm going to get there by Perserverience. My oldest Friend is Sally Baker-Looker She was just such a sweet person and seemed the only one that I was able to talk to ... I was so shy and she wasn't Probably that I'm not shy anymore ... and Nothing surprises me... been there done that... sort of thing My first job was at Jim Roberts Seat Belt Factory, where I got paid Don't Remember wasn't much though but seemed like a lot at the time to sew seat belts. What I remember most about it is I was there working when President Kennedy Got Shot. When I was 5 we didn't have anything for Christmas and Santa Came to our house and brought me a little Doll with a blue dress What I like to do when I have the time is go 4-wheeling .....Off roading ..... Camping ... and anything outdoors ....
