Madelyn's Story
Hi
After leaving Dunbar, I married Clyde Stokes class of 60. I attended Morgan State University and Johns Hopkins. I left Baltimore in 1987 and moved to Chicago. I worked for Dollars & Sense Magazine as a event coordinator.
In 1990 I left Dollars & Sense Magazine and started traveling to different countries such as South America,Brazil, Mexico,...Expand for more
Morocco, Jamaica etc. I loved to travel. Its a little harder now because of job.
In 1994 I accepted a position with the City of Chicago. This position enables me to work with community groups and the police department promoting the Mayor programs for the city of Chicago.
I come home at least twice a year to visit and attent the Dunbar reunion.
