Maggie's Story
Life
I'm living in a little piece of heaven called Brazoria County, Texas where the pin oak trees are draped with spanish moss and the armadillos roam free. I work from home when I'm not traveling, so for the most part, life is good.
I have a son who is a perpetual student, but one of the best people I know. Somehow, I managed to raise a good person with a lively sense of humor, a perceptive mind, biting wit and precious little ambition. I'm hoping it kicks in as maturity happens. It does happen, doesn't it??
I'm lucky enough to have the perfect significant other for me, lots of friends and an enduring ability to laugh at life. All I can say is, so far...so good.
I hope you feel compelled to drop me a line if you remember me at all. If not, don't feel bad. I don't recognize most of the folks here anyway. If anybody has heard from Joanna Mackiewicz, I sure would like to reconnect with her.
Thanks for visiting!

otal sulfur analyzers, calorimeters and associated sample conditioning systems.
I've been in sales of one type or other since I left school. Been doing scientific instrumentation since 1981. This job, 9 years.
I get to travel the world, so I've gotten to see a lot of stuff I wouldn't ordinarily have seen. I like that part.
Update: it's July 2023 and I'm still on the right side of the ground. It's hard for me to believe that I actually lived this long, as there are so many stupid things I've done in my life, particularly when younger. I have no complaints about life at this point==it's been a good trip and I have a lot of fond memories. I'm going to retire by the end of this year so it's on to more adventures. I'm looking forward to learning all the stuff I didn't have time for before now. I hope that you are enjoying yourself and that life has been kind to you. Take care and drop me a line if I haven't managed to piss you off somehow. If I did, I'm sorry, I am a kinder, gentler version of myself now.
