Maggie's Story
Life
I left Ukiah after graduation to go to school at UC Berkeley. I graduated from Berkeley and went to San Jose State where I got my teaching credential. I met and married my husband Jim in San Jose and we moved to Napa. We currently live in Jacksonville, Oregon, and have 2 sons, Jeff age 38, who is a winemaker in Rutherford, CA and Brian, age 36 who is a firefighter/paramedic for the city of Salem, OR. arried and we have 9 year old twin granddaughters in California. I worked at Napa Valley College at the Child and Family Center, with infants, and taught Child Development classes there as well, for 29 years. My husband had his own business, a foreign car repair, in Napa for 36 years. We both retired around the same time, sold our house in Yountville, and moved to Jacksonville, Oregon. Its so beautiful up here in Oregon!
