Maggie's Story

Where do I live? Riverton, Illinois How many children? 1 biological son, Korey (8-10-01), 2 stepkids (Ashtyn '97 & Adam '02) MARRIED/SINGLE/DIVORCED? Divorced, but happily taken by Aaron, met summer 2006! Occupation? Office Manager for State nonprofit Organization ('05 - Present) Years at Glenwood? Started Junior High in 1987 in 8th grade, then onto Glenwood High for 9, 10, & 11th! I left at the very end of my Junior year. Myself and my best friend Tara Lynch who was a Senior at Glenwood decided to quit school at be FREE & Party.. DUMB DUMB DUMB, but we did have a few months of some MAJOR FUN! I decided it was the wrong choice, but reluctant to finish school, get my diploma at a ALL GIRLS school in North Carolina! Harvest Christian School for Girls (BOARDING SCHOOL)!!! experience there and getting some of the other girls together to write about it, it would shock a few people some of the crap we had to go through, anyhow I'll leave it at that! Important thing, I GRADUATED! Although I didn't spend my senior year at Glenwood, some people still considered me a graduate of Glenwood and invited me to the ten year reunion, unfortunately my son was 1 years old at the time and was really sick the day of the reunion so I was unable to go! I would definitely go to the 20 year reunion in 2012 if invited! We shall see if I am! As far as Harvest Christian School for girls, I have been back once, shortly after I graduated in '92, it was 1995 I believe, when one of the "daughters" Pam got married! I would love to go back and show my son & Aaron .. it was a year of my life that left many memories, good & bad, even scars! I could write more, but I'll save that for my BOOK! haha
