Maia's Story

I have lived in NJ since I took my MFA at the U. of Iowa, that was 1976. I have been married to Bruce, a wonderful friend, since 1974. We have two grown daughters, one lives in Philadelphia and the other in NYC. We live in between them near Princeton. I have worked at Princeton University Press since 1989 and I am an art director/graphic designer there. I have been on campus so long t...Expand for more
hat I would like to graduate already! I am a fine art photographer and I have several gallery shows of my work each year. I am heavily involved in exhibiting and making photographs. I always wanted to be a artist when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a fine idea. As it turns out, they were right. I take mile long swims, long bike rides, or intense workouts each day.
