Ed's Story
I hate questionairs! Most of the things I do and like wern't there.
To put food on the table and fund my hobbies, I manage an engineering department for ITT Systems Division at Vandenberg AFB in California. It funds my lifelong hobby of flying. Mike Bruno, Ron Rice and I spent every cent we had building and flying gas powered models. Mike and I could be found flying models between classes at Americian River College. s Heights until drafted in 72. Did time in the Navy saved my money and took - you guessed it - flying lessons. Within a year of exiting the Navy was able to by a Piper Tri-Pacer which I still own and fly today along with a 1950 Mooney Mite. Update: Am now retired from ITT and building an electric self-launch sailplane that should be finished in late 2013.
Looking forward to a reunion and would be willing to help out.
