Hi,
Manny here, I lived on Steinway street in Astoria, during all those years. I went to PS 84 from about 67-71, then to JHS 141, from 1971-1973, after 141, I went to Mater Christi High for 2 years & then Bryant HS for my senior year (1977).
During collage, is when I left Astoria for Flushing, Queens
N.Y. is a nice place to visit in sprin...Expand for more
g, summer or fall, but I don't miss the New York winters at all.
Now I live in the Los Angeles, CA area, since mid 1982!!! I enjoy it here, it's sunny 90% of the time and the mild winters are great. Here, I can ride my Harley and convertible with the top down most of the year. You can contact me on aol at
