Manuel Armendarez:  

1/27/2012 Life Story I worked for Albertsons 14 years, as a depatment head, or as the store receiver. I have two sons Michael 27 and JoJo 26. Michael finished up the air conditioning and heating program at SBVC, and is woking full time in a machine shop. JoJo is a Psychology, and Human Developement double major and spent a year at the University of Madrid in the study abroad program at Cal State San Bernardino. He was also in the Minority Access to Resources Careers (MARC), program at CSUSB. He spent a Summer studying at Norte Dame University. He also spent time studying at The Ohio State University,and JoJo has just been accepted into their PhD program. While working for Albertsons, I eventually earned a BA in Criminal Justice and a Paralegal Certificate from CSUSB. I went to law school for a couple years, quitting Albertsons to go work for an attorney. I felt bad doing what lawyers do to people and families, both directly and indirectly.
