Marcelene's Story
I have made Higher Education my career of choice. I have worked for OCU, OCCC, and OSU-OKC.
I currently worked at Oklahoma City Community College as a Personal and Academic Advisor. I have beautiful, successful daughter name Angela Don Rogers. I was married to a wonderful man for twenty-six years and we were so happy together. He to was a Western Heights alumni. His name was Donnie Rogers. I lost him four years ago to cancer. Donnie was a loving husband, father and friend. He is always in my heart. We made our home in Yukon, Oklahoma were I still live. It's been difficult but, I am doing fine. I have had alot of support from many friends and family. Donnie and I were Christians and the Lord took good care of us. He still is taking care of me. I have alot to be thankful for. Life has been good to me.

r's degree from the University of Oklahoma. We are Sooners! I love OU Football and Wrestling. I enjoy attending games and matches. Especially, the OU/OSU bedlums! We recently became Nascar fans as well. We are Dale Jr. fans.
I still am in contact/friends with alot of classmates. I guess we all have decided we are going to be life long friends which is a true blessing. Mike Paxton and I have been talking about our 30 year class reunion. A couple of weeks ago we went to check out this place in Yukon. I've talked with Rhonda Jennings about trying to have a meeting in March sometimes to start working on and planning the reunion. So, for anybody that is reading this encourage those classmates you are in contact with to join this website at least for this year. So, we can update everyone in our class about our reunion this summer or early fall.
