Native Rising Star person, that was born and raised in "Twinkle City". Married Carlos Wayne Cotton in 1967 and have been happily married for Thirty Five years. City of San Angelo in 1998 and now back to work, as CEO, of NBA Plaza del Sol, Inc. We still visit Rising Star often and go home to visit as often as possible. We sit in the evenings and remember our life long friends and laugh at some of the things we thought was important. Rising Star is dear to both of us and will never forget the good times.
