Marcella's Story
After Andover, I went to Washington College in Chestertown, and then UMBC. I married a Glen Burnie High graduate, Wayne. He was in the Navy, so we've traveled a little on Uncle Sam's nickle. We were stationed in D.C. for a few years, and then in the Baltimore area. We moved in San Diego in 1982 and stayed there (though Wayne moved from command to command) until he retired in 1992. Along the way, we had two boys.
After Wayne retired, we moved back to Maryland. I love San Diego, the weather's great and the scenery beautiful. But I don't like earthquakes! There...Expand for more

We now live in Harford County and I'm retired on disability. I'm still a huge fan of the Orioles (and was lucky enough to attend "2131" - woo hoo!) I still love to read. I also knit and cross-stitch. I've won some ribbons at the Maryland State Fair for my cross-stitch.
My favorite movie - The Lord of the Rings trilogy. Favorite book after the Bible - Pride & Prejudice by Jane Austen. I love the A&E film version with Colin Firth. Favorite musical piece - Beethoven's 5th Symphony.
