Marci's Story

Life Let's see. What have I been up to? Well, I am married, almost 13 years now, and I have 2 wonderful (very active) little boys that keep me on my toes. My oldest, Noah, turns 12 in January and my youngest, Nicholas, is 9. It has been a joy watching them grow, although very exhausting. I was blessed having boys, though, because they like to do all the things I like. My husband works for Union Pacific Railroad, and we currently live in Fort Worth, TX. I am a senior at The University of Texas at Arlington in the civil engineering program. It took me awhile to really find my passion, but I have it now! I love what I am studying and can't wait to graduate. It's very challenging, but the have sense of accomplishment is incredible. My other passions are fishing,hunting, camping, riding dirt bikes (yes, I have my ...Expand for more
own Honda CRF 100, and each of my boys ride 50's), basically anything outdoors. However, I don't like to be cold, so I don't ski or anything like that in the winter. I have 2 dogs that are like my other 2 kids. I have a Black lab duck dog named Hershey, and a shitzu (with attitude) named Halo. I love to travel and worked for 3 years as a flight attendant which allowed me to see a lot of the country. I was a stay at home mom for 5 years, and then just had to get out of the house. My favorite places are June Lake, CA, Disneyland, and the mountains and the desert. There's just nothing like getting on my dirt bike and riding for hours, leaving all the stresses of everyday life behind. Well, I would love to hear what other people are up to.
