Marci's Story
Life
After graduating from Samohi I continued to live in California. I was married in 1962 and lived in La Canada, where my three children were born, until 1972. That year our family moved to Reno, Nevada because of a career opportunity for my husband. My marriage ended in 1992. I continued to live in Reno until 2004, when I sold my home there and I am now living on Bainbridge Island in Washington. ther of seven. I am working part-time at the Bainbridge Library. During my free time I enjoy hiking, riding my bike, reading, yoga, playing my violin and walking in this beautiful place. I also spend time listening to classical music and meditating. I feel very fortunate to have been born and grow up in Santa Monica and to have been able to attend Samohi. Love fills my heart when I think of the special people, places and activities that were in my life then.
