Marcia Kay Meade:  

I was born in Escondido California. My dad worked for General Dynamics in San Diego when the Atlas MissileProject started. We moved to Lancaster California for four years when the program started at Edwards Air Force Base, then moved all around the country during the Atlas Missle Project. He was an Electronics Engineer until it was finished, then we moved to Poway. I went to Middle School there, then on to Poway High School through my Junior year. My best friend was Beth Bracking. My boyfriend thru high school was Chuck Maylen.I worked in the Library under the work-study program during my “free modules” and during the summer. I now live in Harrison Arkansas, but go to California to visit two times a year, as my oldest son and his family live in Ramona. I am single, and live alone with my 9 year old Tibetan Spaniel named Molly.
