Marcia's Story
Getting Older
It's funny how time flies. My oldest son will be graduating from college in May and in June my youngest will graduate from high school.
What's also funny is that I don't FEEL much older, however the tell tale signs of age sometimes hit you when you least expect it.

thought twice 15 years ago about getting READY to go out at 10:00. Now Ron Don's is pretty cleared out by then and the left over crowd is all under 30.
Not that I still don't have it in me, mind you. Oh yeah, I can still party............a couple of times a year. Because at this stage in my life, if I do tie one on Friday night, it takes me ALL WEEKEND LONG to recover. I ain't got that kinda time!
When I saw Farrah Fawcett and Cheryl Teigs turn 60, that made ME feel old. What young man in my generation didn't have one of those posters?
I don't know what men go through at middle age other than wanting a sports car and a young girlfriend. I would settle for less hot flashes, bloating, weight gain and being able to laugh hysterically without peeing my pants.
