Marcia's Story
Graduated from CSULB, majored in English Literature, married Fred Taft, my college sweetheart and gave birth to our son Paul in 1967. Taught kindergarten in the Centralia School District for two years, then met Steve Noren, a college professor from my alma mater. Married him and gave birth to our son Justin in 1972. Became a Realtor at age 27 while living in Laguna Beach, then moved to Santa Cruz. Spent five years on the Big Island (82-87), and two years ('75-'77) in Wisconsin.

e nearby; Paul lives in San Francisco and Justin's family, in Pacific Grove. I'm blessed to spend a lot of time with them, with my grandsons and siblings (all GGHS graduates, and all still Californians.)
Completed and published a biography on the life of Joan of Arc in Oct., 2011. "Joan of Arc: The Mystic Legacy' after 10 years of research and five years of writing and revising. The timing is quite good, as the 600th anniversary of her birth took place on January 6, 2012.
