Marcia's Story
I got married 4 days after graduation. My husband was in the Navy...so we traveled and lived several places. We have 2 kids...1 boy and 1 girl. We divorced after 19 yrs. I moved to Virginia and lived there from 1994 to 2007. I moved down to Florida where both of my kids are. I have 3 grandchildren...18yrs,10 yrs & 17mos. I have been single for 20 yrs...not sure that will ever change! I am not as shy as I was in high school...that does not get you very far in life. I am a strong and independent person...I am not rich but...Expand for more
I have done everything on my own and I have what I need in life...material things...at least. We do not always get what we want out of life but we just have to make the best of what we do get. I would love to see and hear what some of my classmates have been doing all these yrs...has it really been that long since we were all in high school? Where does the time go?!! I would love to be able to retire from working and travel to other beautiful places. I was so quiet and shy in school no one probably even remembers me!!
