Marcia's Story
What have I done? Married, had a couple kids (one of each) divorced. Went to school, dated, changed careers, back in school.... worked full time through the whole thing.
I still live in Davenport, I am working on a Masters in Occupational Health and Safety. My son Evan is a Marine and my daughter Sarah is still in the Quad Cities. Life has decided that the McRoberts clan will not have long life spans so I am left with a brother in NC but the rest have passed (genetic cancer). I spent alot of t...Expand for more
ime taking care of them and my kids and put my life on hold to do it. Now I am ready to have the life I would of prefered but was not possible. No not mid life crisis, just catching up on what I had to put on hold. This last year I have been doing dog fostering, now that the kids are gone for the most part it is rewarding. Outside of that I work alot of hours and different shifts. Look forward to hearing from all of you... Marcia
