Marcia 's Story
Travel has been an interest for quite some time. Years prior international travel to such places as: London, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Rome, Franciscan Pilgrimage to Jerusalem, closer travels to neighboring Canada, Mexico, Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, Eastern coastline United States from Maine down to Florida, Western coastline state of California, few Midwestern United States with with many of the bordering northeastern states that border the New England states.
Many places have been traveled to but Massachusetts has the most to offer in historical and cultural areas that are in close proximity to the fantastic community of Norwood, the 10 square mile township just South of the city of Boston, Massachusetts, that is a short drive to the walks by the glistening water, sandy beaches of Cape Cod or the classical 'tunes' surrounding of Tangelwood....

The immediate family members and the extended family members have been another great appreciation throughout...Expand for more

The direct descendants, my nephews, has been an additional joy to watch and pray for their growth and awareness of there God given talents that flourish as the years go on. It is with additional concern for the safety of all world wide in protection of their country as my youngest nephew had been with the USMC to assist in what ever way he can to protect the country we call "home". As the saying indicates "a world at Pray is a world at Peace."
Growing up with the extended family members numbering eight Aunts and eight Uncles with thirty first cousins that allowed the Traditional Holy Days, Christmas and Easter Gatherings to be filled with festive, joyous family memories that still soothe the soul. With the many cousins married with families of their own, leaves the memories ever more treasured.
Neither alcohol nor any physical strength was used adversely on the part of my parents toward each other, themselves nor immediate family members. Any consumption of alcohol was rarely if at all used for even festive times of celebration. My Dad was born, raised and work in the town that I still call home, and my Dad stated about alcohol or the lack there of, "that no bar tender OR liquor store owner ever saw or knew him...." it was strange appearance to see either of my parents with any liquor drink in hand, and if there was one drink it was more than enough to "wet the whistle"...
