Marcus's Story
Life
It's hard to believe it's been 20 years since HS graduation. Here is just a bit of what I've been up to over those years: I went to college at NNC (now NNU) in Nampa. There I met a girl named Lynn Groenig from Yakima, WA. We married and moved to Yakima in 1991 and I started working as a math teacher, baseball coach and football coach at Davis H.S. I coached America Legion baseball during the summers. In 1997 we had a son, Brennan and the next year I took a teaching position at Naches HS which is 20 miles NW of Yakima. 4 we took the oportunity to build our own home. I did quite a bit of the finish work and Lynn did a great job of picking colors and decorating. In 2005 we had our second son, Jackson. Both of my boys are my pride and joy. Lynn and I love to travel and have just recently returned from a family trip to San Jose Mexico near Cabo San Lucas. We love tropical travel. I look forward to the opportunity to catch up with my high school friends. I was the new kid at Meridian HS, but I have some great memories of some great friendships that I hope can be renewed despite the years of separation.
