Maren's Story
Life
Hi everyone! Many years have gone by since I attended Maine East High School. I live in Washington DC now and my life is great. (Better than it was in high school.) Still single...
I have been in the military reserves for 16 years now. I was enlisted for 4 years and received my commission in 1992. I am now an Officer in a squadron of F-16's at Andrews AFB. I am also a private pilot and love flying, it's been my whole life.

ladelphia to Temple University and received a B.A. in pre-law/public administration. I received a Master degree in Public Administration in 1995 and was excepted into law school in 1996. I graduated from St. Mary's School of Law in 1999 and passed the Maryland State Bar. (Who would have thought.) I am now an aviation attorney. I love scuba diving, going to the gym and riding my bike around DC. I hope everyone from the Class of 1985 is doing well and I hope to see you all soon at the next reunion. Maren McAvoy (aka Cookus).
