Margaret Elaine's Story
Life
Hi, I'm Elaine Baggett- There was only space to enter my first name for classmates. I hope some people remember me. I didn't go by Margaret then or now.
Let's see- a short bio....
* I've been teaching elementary grades,( K-3) for
32 years. Time does go by fast when you are
having fun :-)
* I will be retiring from teaching in May 2008! I plan
on sleeping past 8:00 am every day! I look
forward to being able to do what I want to do
when I want to do things.
* I have 3-dogs: Sir Oreo Cookie, Missouri
Storm, and Chip. They are a shih tzu & 2-Lasa
Apsas. I rescued them from shelters.
* My twin-bro. James has two kids, Katherine(18)
& Jonathan(16) who are very precious to their
Aunt Cissy.
I'm a great matchmaker- I introduced
James to his wife, Karen, 23-yrs. ago. We taught
at the same elementary school.

at a MGCCC-MS.. Gulf Coast

College:
In '75-'76, I was the youngest "dorm mother" in the history of Ole Miss.
I was a graduate student & lived in Hefley Hall. They needed someone to lock and unlock the doors.
I always wanted to be a Romper Room Kindergarten Teacher when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a not a very good idea. As it turns out, they were wrong !.
i don't . . . however, i love the whole day experience at Gould's Day Spa
The one person from my past who I'd most like to see again is Sheila Cole Kilpatrick, because she was my best friend in the 5th grade at Longview.
my boys- 3 mixed shihTzu's who let me live in their house ;)
My first job was at Goldsmith's, where I got paid $1.50 to be a sales person. What I remember most about it is i loved sales, but knew i couldn't make a living at it..
Playing cowboys & indians with childhood friends, Robin & Ken Dixon, their cousins, Rita & David Kirk. We lived next door to their sweet grandmother, Mrs. Wright
