Margaret's Story
First of all I hate that this site makes me use Margaret as my first name! Even though it's my "real" name, I am always Peggy first! Now that we are only one year away from the 40th anniversary of our graduation and my daughter's graduation from South High School, I thought it would be fun to reconnect or meet others who live in or have an attachment to Valley Stream.
I moved away from Valley Stream for a while and have been back for the last 14 years. I have been widowed for 11 years...Expand for more
with two children my son is 20 and my daughter is 17. I have been going to school for the last 11 years and finished my masters degree in May of 2008.
I am a full time New York City teacher for the last 4 years. Something I never would have thought I'd be! I love what I do and the job is going to be so much better now that I don't have to do school too!
I am ready to live again, so watch out world here I come! I'm done with school, lost weight what's next?
